Thangles Sampler Quilt

This quilt was made as a sample quilt for the 2005 East Central Illinois Shop Hop. The queen size quilt measures 89 inches wide by 110 inches long. The quilt was machine pieced by Lisa Pinkston owner of The Village Stitchery & machine quilted by Susan Favreau of Padukah, KY.

The quilt is made from high quality Northcott fabric in a pink & green color combination. The 7-1/2 inch outer border features beautiful iris bouquets in the same color combination. The back of the quilt features pink ribbons signifying the donation made by the Shop Hop & Northcott to promote breast cancer research.

2004 Shop Hop Sampler Quilt

This quilt was made as a shop sample quilt for the 2004 East Central Illinois Shop Hop. The queen size quilt measures 92 inches by 113 inches long. The quilt was machine pieced by Lisa Pinkston of The Village Stitchery and quilted by Susan Favreau od Paducah, KY. The quilt was made from high quality Morthcott fabric in a blue & yellow color combination. The machine quilting features trapunto & free motion quilting which makes this quilt absolutely beautiful. The large floral used in the outer border is also used for the back of the quilt.

We have finishing kits available to purchase which will include free instructions on how we put our quilt together. The kit includes fabric for the top & binding, you will need fabrics & patterns for the blocks. The patterns you will receive while shop hopping. You may pre-pay for the block kits at any participating shop.
